Marike Spieker has been employed as Head of Training Fulfillment at Lufthansa Technical Training since December 11, 2023.

During her business administration studies in 1995, Marike had the opportunity to explore the world of the Lufthansa Group for six months as a flight attendant. This was followed by various "grounded" positions, including roles in Sydney at Miles & More, in Los Angeles at StarAlliance, in Seeheim at the Lufthansa School of Business, and several positions in Frankfurt. To complement her 12 years of experience with Lufthansa, she also brings experiences from other companies. In her last role at Lufthansa, she led the nationwide Training Fulfillment for the third-market business at Lufthansa Aviation Training. Over the years, she gained occasional insights into the world of Lufthansa Technik (& Technical Training) in Frankfurt and Hamburg, sparking her curiosity. She is now looking forward to collaborating with customers and contacts to create shared experiences and successes based on these impressions.
