Marc Wilken has been Managing Director of Lufthansa Technical Training GmbH since July 1, 2021. Marc Wilken started his career in aviation in 2000 as a systems engineer with Lufthansa CityLine in Cologne. From 2006, he held various positions in sales, purchasing and finance at CityLine. In 2010, he moved to Lufthansa Technik as Head of Engine Leasing. From 2013 until his move to Lufthansa Technical Training, he was also responsible for sales in Lufthansa Technik's engine division and for customer support for the airlines of the Lufthansa Group.

Marc Wilken was born in Oldenburg in 1971, is married and has two sons. He graduated with a degree in aerospace engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a Master of Business Administration from Ashridge Management College, United Kingdom.
