Vocational training

The foundation for your professional life

Lufthansa Technical Training provides training in eight occupational areas for the Lufthansa Group. Modern communication tools and media support the trainees in basic and technical training. Current work processes from maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft and components determine the daily training routine after the basic training and ensure that the requirements of the Lufthansa Group are met at the end of the training. In the relevant vocational training programs, a large part of the practical experience can already be credited during the vocational training for the application for an EASA Aircraft Maintenance License (AML).
